Welcome to EasyRooms.rent. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. About Our Service

EasyRooms.rent is an assisted rental marketplace connecting prospective tenants with property owners. We provide property discovery, field verification, and guided site visits in Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.

2. Site Visit Booking & Fees

To view properties physically, tenants must book a site visit through our platform:

  • A non-refundable fee of ₹299 is required to book a site visit.
  • This fee covers guided visits to up to 3 properties.
  • If a property becomes unavailable prior to your visit, our team will assist you in selecting an alternative property or offer a reschedule.

3. Rental Placement Fees

If a tenant successfully finalizes a rental agreement for a property discovered through EasyRooms.rent, a placement fee applies:

  • Tenant Fee: 50% of one month's rent (capped at a maximum of ₹8,000). The initially paid ₹299 site visit fee will be fully adjusted against this final placement amount.
  • Owner Fee: 50% of one month's rent (capped at a maximum of ₹8,000).
  • Attempting to bypass EasyRooms.rent to finalize a rental agreement directly with the owner to avoid placement fees is a violation of these terms and may result in a permanent ban from our platform.

4. User & Owner Obligations

For Tenants: You agree to provide accurate contact information and arrive on time for scheduled site visits. You must respect the properties and the owners during the visits.

For Owners: You agree to provide accurate property details. Properties will only be published after our field verification. You cannot directly publish or modify live listings without admin approval.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
