What are your charges and fees?
We believe in complete transparency. EasyRooms charges a one-time service fee of 50% of one month's rent. However, our fee is capped at a maximum of ₹15,000 regardless of how high the rent is. There are no hidden charges.
Are the property photos genuine?
Yes, 100%. Unlike traditional portals where anyone can upload fake images, an EasyRooms manager personally visits and photographs every single property before it is listed on our platform.
Do I have to deal with multiple brokers?
No. EasyRooms acts as the managed layer between you and the property owners. You only deal with our professional team, saving you from endless spam calls and unverified broker listings.
How do property site visits work?
Once you shortlist properties, an EasyRooms manager will schedule and accompany you on guided site visits. We may charge a nominal fee (e.g., ₹299 for 3 visits), which is fully adjusted against your final rental service fee if you book with us.
Do you help with rental agreements?
Yes, we provide end-to-end assistance. Once you finalize a property, our team helps coordinate the rental agreement, documentation, and the move-in process seamlessly between you and the owner.
Does EasyRooms collect the security deposit?
No. The security deposit and your monthly rent are paid directly to the property owner according to your rental agreement. EasyRooms only collects the one-time service fee for our assistance.
Are there homes for bachelors or couples?
Absolutely! Because we personally verify every property and owner, we know exactly which homes are family, couple, or bachelor-friendly. Just mention your requirement in the form, and we'll match you accordingly.
Can I rent out my own property here?
Yes! If you own a property in Delhi NCR, you can use our Rent Your Space service. We will visit your property, take professional photos, manage inquiries, and bring you verified tenants without the daily hassle.
