What are your charges for property owners?
We charge a one-time service fee ranging from 10% to 50% of one month's rent, depending on the property type and location. However, our fee is strictly capped at a maximum of ₹15,000. You only pay this once the tenant is successfully finalized.
Are there any upfront listing fees?
Absolutely not. Listing your property, professional photography, and conducting site visits with prospective tenants are completely free. Our one-time service fee is only payable upon successful tenant placement.
Who collects the rent and security deposit?
You do. The security deposit and monthly rent are transferred directly from the tenant to your bank account as per your rental agreement. EasyRooms does not hold your money; we only collect our one-time service fee.
Will you handle the rental agreement?
Yes. Once you approve a tenant, our team assists in drafting and coordinating the rental agreement and paperwork between both parties to ensure a smooth, legally compliant move-in process.
What kind of tenants do you bring?
We thoroughly verify the identity, workplace, and background of the tenants before bringing them for a site visit. We filter leads to match your specific preferences (e.g., bachelors, families, corporate employees, etc.) so your time is never wasted.
Do you manage the property after the tenant moves in?
Currently, EasyRooms specializes in tenant acquisition, verification, and onboarding. Once the tenant moves in, the day-to-day management and rent collection are handled directly by you.
