1. Platform Overview

EasyRooms.rent acts as a tech-enabled facilitator connecting prospective tenants (seekers) with property owners, public listings, and verified rental accommodations. We assist in scheduling visits, matching criteria, and coordinating paperwork, but we are not a direct real estate developer or primary landlord unless explicitly specified.

2. User Responsibilities & Conduct

By using our services, you agree that:

• All personal information, mobile numbers, and rental preferences submitted via our forms are accurate and up-to-date.
• Property owners hold legal ownership or authorization to list their properties and confirm that the details provided regarding rent, furnishings, and directions are correct.
• You will not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities, spam submissions, or unauthorized data scraping.

3. Service Fees & Charges

Listing a property or submitting a tenant requirement inquiry is free of charge. For property owners, a one-time service fee ranging from 10% to 50% of one month's rent (strictly capped at a maximum of ₹15,000) is applicable only upon the successful finalization and placement of a tenant.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we perform standard verification processes and assist in coordinating viewings and documentation, EasyRooms.rent is not liable for disputes arising directly between tenants and property owners regarding rent payments, security deposits, lease violations, or property damages after move-in.

5. Modifications to Terms

EasyRooms.rent reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any alterations constitutes acceptance of those changes.
